The heart of my work is based on solid relational foundations where I aim to meet and welcome you as you are. In an attempt to empower clients towards futures based on their unique values, I invite you into a confidential and transformational relationship, in which you may experience compassion, growth, and freedom.

Four Seeds Counseling began upon the belief that we change within the context and power of relationships. Furthermore, I believe that change is sustainable only when built upon solid ground. Through redemptive experiences, relevant information, and practical skills, my goal is for you to create, find, and embody your unique foundation upon which to stand and thrive amid the storms and celebrations of life.

As a Dallas bred therapy practice, Four Seeds eagerly continues to serve the state of Texas as a licensed LPC through Telehealth. Additionally, I am located and licensed in Colorado and dedicated to serving the residents here through Telehealth as well.

I sincerely recognize the role faith plays in all our lives. I approach counseling from a Christian perspective and combine psychological principles with biblical truth. While faith guides my practice, it will not be imposed upon my clients.
